Installation Requirements #

• The dispenseIT requires the following components to operate

  • 15 Function

  • 20 Function

• Wall Mount Unit
  • 15 Function
    • 67” W x 16” D x 39” H
  • 20 Function
    • 78” W x 16” D x 39” H
  • Pump (can be remotely mounted)
    • 16” W x 16” D x 48” H
    • Supplied with 8’ hose

Operating Pressures #

• Water
  • 200 psi (factory set) – Range of 100-200 psi
• Air
  • 85 psi (factory set) – Range of 85-100 psi

Electrical Supply #

• Pump
  • 208/230/240 or 480 VAC 3ph
  • 5HP 17.5 amps @208 – 15.2 amps @ 230/240 or 7.6 amps @ 480
  • 7.5HP 25.3 amps @ 208 – 22 amps @ 230/240 or 11 amps @ 480
• Controls
  • 24vac 1 amp per function
  • 120vac 1/4 amp per function

Water Pump Supply #

• 5HP Pump
  • Minimum 1.5” ID line
  • Inlet static pressure 5-90 psi
  • Pumps fed from a “day tank”
  • Water level should be a minimum of 60” above inlet of pump
• 7.5HP Pump
  • Minimum 2” ID line
  • Pumps fed from a “day tank”
  • Water level should be a minimum of 60” above inlet of pump

Air Supply #

• Air
  • 1/2” poly tube connections
  • 20CFM @ 100 psi from building compressed air system

Product Lines #

• Liquid  Connection
  • 1/2” poly tube
  • 3/4” barb for high flow applications – Applications greater than 5.5 gpm
• Air Connection
  • 3/8″ poly tube
